Apartments

Most CBD and riverside apartments are strata, requiring written approval before installation and usually specifying the condenser location. Many newer towers have designated plant areas or balcony positions. We can supply the technical detail your strata manager will ask for. Where there is no viable external position, multi-split and bulkhead systems are the usual solution.

Houses

Older homes in Harris Park and North Parramatta tend toward high ceilings and light insulation — more capacity needed than the floor plan suggests. Post-war brick homes generally take ducted well where the roof space allows.

Heat

Parramatta sits in Sydney's warm inland corridor and regularly passes 40°C in summer, without the coastal breeze that moderates the east. West-facing rooms in particular need sizing for the afternoon load rather than an average.
