We were really impressed by AirXperts' work and their customer service, particularly from Natalie and Ali. We were blown away by how quickly the team managed to instal our two units and how professional and painless the job was. We feel very well looked after and are very happy with our new system. AirXperts' quote was also significantly less than a second quote we got from a rival air-conditioning company (almost half). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I wish if I can multiply these 5 stars at least 100 times. Undoubtedly their ratings are so high because of the genuine quote and quality work they do. I was struggling for a month to get someone to install my split aircon that I bought until I contacted them. Before I tried with other aircon installers were just finding it too difficult to install, or giving me 3-4 times higher quotes. Some were busy till the end of the January. Thankfully when I dialed them, my worries reduced to half just talking at the reception. Mariam is so helpful and knowledgeable to understand a customer needs and requirement. I asked her if she can arrange the installation before Christmas as they are also super busy. She really helped me to find a day before Christmas and coordinated with the technician. During site inspection the technician suggested me a better and economical way to get it installed. And just day before Christmas their team came in the morning and completed the job. They did everything perfectly and cleaned the place after the job. And it cost me just normal back to back installation amount. I will definitely recommend them for genuine and honest quote and high quality work.

Had my Daikin aircon installed in my city apartment the other week and love it. From beginning to end, AirXperts were professional, patient and friendly, especially for someone like me who has never bought an aircon before. Special recognition for Natalie, Marriam & Ali. They sorted out all strata application & installation concerns, and were attentive to helping all the way until completion and follow-up. Overall, the service exceeded my expectation. I had to request on multiple quotes to see my options before I can decide on what to do and every time I had to reach out to them - they were always PATIENT and PROFESSIONAL. Also, the QUOTE(S) they provided is quite REASONABLE compared to a number of other companies I contacted (ie. six!). The team at AirXperts from sales to install was nothing short of professional and the result is, I went back to them for my a/c install for my new apartment and I am happy to say that nothing has changed, they are still professional, friendly and quick with the install. Anyway, have had AirXperts back to install a second split system and as before - all went well, systems works, install was done on time and everyone cleaned up afterwards. Would (and did) use again. Install was clean, on time and as agreed. New system working well. Good communication from office and guys onsite. Would definitely use again.
