I was referred by a friend for this company as was still waiting for 4 other companies for their quotes. This company I can highly recommend from Shaynese the office manager to Ali the boss who came out with his team. I was given timely quote then Ali came and checked what I wanted and were here within days to replace my broken ducted air conditioning system. I was given options of different brands and went with the Daikon brand. It is quiet and works like a dream. To keep the costs down they were able to keep some parts of the old and replaced what was necessary including new system. Ali was such a lovely man who ensured it was completed efficiently and safely and ensured all parts and rubbish taken away. Many thanks to this great team

Cannot recommend AirXperts enough! The service, quality and value is incomparable. On a 40° day my aircon decided to blow a connection. Waste of time as they couldn't be bothered coming out to quote. Wanted me to take pics of everything. Whatever happened to coming out and quoting a job? If it's this much of a hassle for just a quote I'd rather pass on them.

Quoted for a complete replacement of the ducted air conditioning unit when a minor repair and re-gassing did the job with another technician. Charged for call out and inspection with no fix - wasted money. Not recommended for repairs and servicing.

Very unprofessional company which clearly practice extremely unsafe work practices. Due 23 chunks of brick fragments, nails plus an enormous drill part landed 2 floors below where they were working damaging an expensive awning.
