We hope you and your loved ones are keeping well and safe during these uncertain times. We send our best wishes to everyone affected by COVID-19, and hope for a speedy recovery.
We understand many of your businesses still need to operate and many still require air conditioning services in order to maintain healthier air circulation in your homes. We will continue to support you, as always.
In light of the recent developments and in the best interest of both our workers and customers, we believe it is our duty of care to inform you that none of our technicians have been exposed to the COVID-19 Virus in any way. They have all been inducted & trained to implement all Government recommendations whilst onsite, by;
• Maintaining high levels of hygiene and sanitizing
• Maintaining app 1.5m distance
• Avoiding any bodily contact
• Wearing masks where necessary
We kindly ask that as the customer, you also assist in complying to these recommendations, for your well being as well as our workers. You will also need to inform us immediately of the following scenarios;
• If you are showing signs of sickness
• If you are undergoing self-isolation
• If you have been in contact with a patient of COVID-19 anytime in the past two weeks
