Internet Orders  

AirXperts Airconditioning endeavours to have all units listed in stock, however in some circumstances beyond our control some products might have to be ordered in and there may be some delay in processing certain orders. If there is any item on Back Order from the Australian distributors, only units in stock will be shipped to customers and customers will be notified on delivery date for the items on Back Order  

Price Matching

Conditions for price matching are as follows:
– Competitor quote must be supplied in written form
– Item must be in stock with competitor.
– Quote must be within 3 months of date of receipt  

Pricing

All prices shown on the airxperts.com.au Web site are in Australian Dollars (AUD), are subject to change without notice and include the Goods & Services Tax (GST). We are an Australian Tax Registered Business (ABN 11 164 793 980) and we provide a tax invoice with all goods sold.

All our prices are inclusive of GST which currently is at a rate of 10%. To find the amount of GST you are paying simply divide the total amount by 11.

You will receive a tax invoice from us with your delivery. Prices change from time to time; we do endeavour to be as accurate as possible and we will contact you if a price has changed significantly from our published price when you place your order.  

AirXperts Airconditioning currently accepts the following forms of payment;
Cheque / Money Order

Please include your name, email address and order number on the back of the cheque. This form of payment will take the longest to process, in most cases up to two working days after receiving the payment.

Direct Deposit

Please include your name and order number as a reference if making an electronic or net banking transfer. Please note that some electronic transfers can take up to two working days to process which may delay your order.
Physically visiting your nearest ANZ Branch and depositing the funds into our account is the quickest method of payment as funds clear immediately. Keep this in mind if you require prompt delivery.

Credit Card
We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD and BANKCARD as credit card payments. We will advise our customers as we expand our credit options. Credit card payments are charged directly through Pay Pal upon checkout in order to ensure secure payment and protection for customers.
We may in some cases request verification of identity when credit cards are used as a payment method. This may include a copy of both sides of your credit card (middle eight digits removed) and a copy of both sides of your current drivers licence or passport. We may also verify the order by phone.
We do not include a surcharge on credit card purchases with AirXperts Airconditioning.  

Shipping  

AirXperts Airconditioning sends orders via accredited and nationally recognised carriers like Fastway Couriers & TNT Express. For ‘Free Delivery’ we may choose to send out the order with one of our very own technicians within the 21 day notice period. We DONT accept COD. We do not deliver to PO BOX numbers.  

Our Shipping options are as follows:
– Local Deliveries will cost $55.00 (Sydney Metro Only – within 5 to 7 working days of purchase)
– National Deliveries (Need to contact our office for a verbal quote. Contact us on 02 9681 4050)
– FREE Local Deliveries (Sydney Metro Only – within 21 working days of purchase. Customers will be advised of exact delivery date)
– FREE Local Pick Up (Unit 21 / 46- 50 Wellington Rd, South Granville 2142 NSW)  

*At this present time we do not accept international. If you are an international customer please email us and wait to be contacted with an exact charge for shipping and total order cost. International customers are accountable for any import taxes they may be required to pay upon receiving goods.  

Delivery

The Customer must, within 5 days of being notified of their availability, collect or accept delivery of the Goods. If the Customer fails to collect the Goods or accept delivery within 21 days of being notified of their availability, the Company may terminate this contract, keep the deposit and resell the Goods.
In addition the Company reserves the right to charge the Customer storage on goods not collected or delivered within 5 days of notification of their availability at the rate of $50.00 per week or part thereof.
The Company reserves the right to deliver the Goods in whole or in instalments, as well as to deliver prior to the date for delivery and, in such event, the Customer must not refuse to take delivery of the Goods.
Any failure on the part of the Company to deliver instalments within any specified time does not entitle the Customer to repudiate the contract with regard to the balance remaining undelivered. Title

Legal and beneficial ownership of the Goods will not pass to the Customer until such time as the Goods have been paid in full in cash or cleared funds.

Inspection
Unless the Customer has inspected the Goods and given written notice to the Company within 2 days after collection or delivery that the Goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the Goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit airxperts.com.au or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed we have the right to charge you a restocking fee if processing has begun. The restocking fee is charged at a rate of 20%AUD per item cancelled. This fee is waived if there is stock availability problems in which we will advise you of immediately. Costs of shipping to are not refunded.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from AirXperts Airconditioning are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you wish for shipping insurance for your goods you must notify AirXperts Airconditioning when placing an order.

PROOF OF IDENTITY
AirXperts Airconditioning may ask for further identification. Because of the anonymity nature of the Internet we may ask for further identification to verify your order. The following documents may be requested to process your order  
– A copy of both sides of your Credit Card (black out middle eight digits of your card number)
– A copy of both sides of your current valid driver’s license/Passport
– A copy of your latest Credit Card Statement

Your documents will not be used for any other purpose other than to verify your identity. Once verified, your documents may be removed & destroyed.  

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
AirXperts Airconditioning and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, AirXperts Airconditioning does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by AirXperts Airconditioning itself is not as described, your sole responsibility & remedy is to return it in an unused and when possible unpackaged condition with 7 days of receiving.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting AirXperts Airconditioning, you agree that the laws of Australia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and AirXperts Airconditioning or its affiliates.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to AirXperts Airconditioning. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

 Application
These Terms apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Company. No amendment, alteration, waiver or cancellation of any of these Terms is binding on the Company unless confirmed by the Company in writing.
The Customer acknowledges that no employee or agent of the Company has any right to make any representation, warranty or promise in relation to the Goods or the sale of the Goods other than as contained in these Terms.
